As of July 8, 2020 at 7:30am anyone requesting a credit should have an email with a form attached.  Wristbands must have been purchased before June 15, 2020 to be eligible to request a 24 month credit.   The email was sent to whatever email address the original wristband purchase was made under.  Please check your spam mail as everyone should have received the email.  For everyone still coming, we will see you in a few weeks on Da Bus!
